Washbasin Tap – Leoni Crinty – PVD Gunmetal Finish ❌ Missing essential mounting part, no response from customer service – avoid this company! I ordered a washbasin tap from besled.nl, which looked high-quality at first – but turned out to be a serious mistake. What I received was an incomplete product: a crucial mounting part (“Iron Washer 05”) was missing – a metal washer that is clearly shown in the manual and is required to securely fix the tap under the sink. Instead, only a soft rubber ring was included. When I contacted the company on Friday with detailed photos and a description, I was told the metal part “wasn’t necessary” – which is completely false, as the tap cannot be installed properly without it and remains very loose. I reached out again immediately, but as of today (Monday, 4:00 PM), I’ve had no reply, no solution, and no tracking info. Instead, I received an automated email asking for a product review – a bad joke, especially considering they don’t even respond to support issues. I suspect negative reviews on their own site are filtered or deleted. We’ve now been using the tap improvised for 4 days, even though it hangs loosely (photos will be added here). As an architect, I can confidently say: a soft rubber ring cannot replace a stabilizing iron washer. Claiming otherwise is either a technical misunderstanding – or a dishonest excuse. What disappoints me most is not just the missing part, but how poorly the issue was handled: ❌ No apology ❌ No resolution ❌ No part sent ❌ No proper customer service All I wanted was a functioning product. Instead, I received an incomplete tap that cannot be installed securely, along with a company that simply stopped responding. Summary of my experience with BESLED.nl: ❌ Incomplete delivery ❌ Customer service ignores legal obligation to resolve the issue ❌ No reply to multiple emails ❌ Product unusable without DIY fixes ❌ “Review request” instead of help Never again! I strongly recommend choosing a serious retailer – even if their reviews look good at first (which is why I ordered here). Reality is very different. Niet aanraden bedrijf !!!!!! ik heb 3 dagen een bestelling geplaatst ik krijg niet gelijk een bevestigen gekregen allen na 3 dagen krijg ik een email van dit bedrijf krijg mijn spullen niet kompleet geleverd , dus ik bellen ik krijg wat heeft u niet binnen gekregen ik geef aan alleen 5 dozen binnen volgens mij was de personeel doof en niet aardig en een asociaal personeel en hij zegt ik ben hier de baas ik vroeg aan hem ik wil je naam en hij gaf het niet en heeft hij 2 keer opgehangen wat een slechte bedrijf zo ga je niet met klanten bahhhhhh niet aanradeerrrrrrrr !!!!!!!!!!!!!
